Bereavement is the way we process grief. Each of us grieves in our own way based upon our culture, gender, and circumstances surrounding our loss. Making decisions in the days, months, and even years following a loved one's death can be wearisome and often quite difficult. Many experience anxiety over decisions they used to make easily. Grief influences all aspects of your life - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Monday Afternoon Group
Holiday Schedule
 
Due to the upcoming holidays of Christmas and New Year’s Day, our offices will be closed on Monday, December 26th, and Monday, January 2nd. 
We understand the importance of our support groups during the holiday season, and as a result, we will reschedule the aforementioned support groups
in lieu of the upcoming holiday closures as follows:
 
The Rescheduled Dates and Times
Wednesday, December 28th, 2011, 2pm-3:30pm
Wednesday, January 9th, 2012, 2pm-3:30pm

Grief Support Group
Mondays, 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Open to anyone grieving the recent death of a loved one.

Youth & Teen Bereavement Programs
A program for all youth and teenage children from all
walks of life in an environment that is accessible, safe and non-judgmental. Presently held at various schools within our community.
